Cookies, emails and partner offers
The cookie banner and Cookie settings, product emails, partner offers (opt-in, contact details only) and accepting the Terms, and where to change each one.
Solid Vibes asks before it uses anything optional. Everything on this page is off until you switch it on, and you can change it any time.
The cookie banner
The first time you visit, a small Cookies card appears at the bottom of the page:
- Reject all keeps only the cookies Solid Vibes needs to work (signing in, bot protection, payments, and remembering your choices, such as the theme).
- Accept all also allows analytics and marketing cookies.
- Choose opens Cookie settings, where you switch each category on or off.
Today we don't use any analytics or marketing cookies. Your answer is kept for when we do, and nothing optional loads before you say yes.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Reject all and don't show the banner.
Your choice covers solidvibes.ai and the app in this browser. We ask again after six months, or when the Cookie Policy changes.
Change your mind
Open Cookie settings from:
- the site footer (under Legal),
- the bottom of the app sidebar (Cookies),
- Account → Data & privacy.
Product emails
Product news and tips in Account → Data & privacy sends occasional emails about new features and ideas. It is off by default. Every email also has an unsubscribe link.
Account emails (sign-in links, security alerts, invitations, billing, and changes to our terms) are always sent while you have an account.
Partner offers
Partner offers in Account → Data & privacy lets us share your contact details with selected partners, such as print and manufacturing services, printer and material makers, and design tools, so they can send you offers.

- It is off by default and you don't need it to use Solid Vibes.
- Switching it off stops new sharing, and we ask partners who already received your details to stop contacting you.
- It is not available while your account belongs to a team workspace, and joining one switches it off.
Accepting the Terms
When you create an account with email, you tick I agree to the Terms of Service on the sign-up form. If you sign up with Google, Apple, GitHub or Microsoft, or when we update the Terms, a Before you start or We've updated our Terms window asks you to accept before you continue. You can read the full Terms, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy from there, or sign out.
We keep a record of what you accepted and when, and of each change to these switches, so we can prove what you agreed to.
Questions people ask
Will rejecting cookies break anything? No. Only the necessary cookies are needed to use Solid Vibes.
Who are the partners? Write to [email protected] (opens in a new tab) for the current list.
I'm on a team plan. Can my admin switch partner offers on for me? No. It is a personal choice, and it isn't available to team members at all.
