Acceptable Use Policy

Make anything you like, as long as it is legal, safe and yours to make. This is the short list of what's not allowed on Solid Vibes, and what we do about it.

Last updated October 18, 2026 · Version 2026-10-18

1. Scope

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Solid Vibes: accounts, workspace members, guests on share links and API users. It covers Your Content, Output, public Things, comments and how you use the Service and its AI features. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

2. Illegal and harmful designs

  1. 2.1
Do not design, generate, share or distribute firearms, firearm parts or accessories whose possession or manufacture is restricted where you or the recipient are (including receivers, frames, suppressors and conversion devices), explosives or their components, or any other weapon intended to cause serious harm.
  2. 2.2
Do not design devices meant to circumvent safety systems, locks or security you are not authorised to bypass, or to injure, surveil or stalk people.
  3. 2.3
Do not design or distribute counterfeit goods, or parts intended to pass off as another maker's product.
  4. 2.4
Do not use the Service in breach of export-control, sanctions, product-safety or other law that applies to the item or to you.

3. Content rules

  1. 3.1
Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, designs, patents, trade secrets or privacy or publicity rights.
  2. 3.2
Never upload, generate or share sexual content involving minors. We report it to the authorities.
  3. 3.3
No sexually explicit content in public Things or community spaces, and no content that harasses, threatens, defames or promotes violence or hatred against people.
  4. 3.4
Do not upload malware, or content designed to exploit software (including slicers and viewers) that opens it.
  5. 3.5
Do not upload personal data of others without a lawful basis, or special-category personal data unless your Order Form allows it.
  6. 3.6
No spam, deceptive content, impersonation, or misleading claims of authorship or licence in public Things.

4. AI features

  1. 4.1
Do not try to make the agent or other AI features ignore their instructions, reveal system prompts, or produce content this policy forbids (“jailbreaking”).
  2. 4.2
Follow the usage policies of the AI Providers listed on the sub-processor page; requests that break them may be blocked.
  3. 4.3
Do not use Output to train or improve a competing model or service, or present AI Output as human-made where that would mislead people.
  4. 4.4
Do not use AI features to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person without meaningful human review.

5. Protecting the Service

  1. 5.1
No attacks, probing, vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without our written permission. Report vulnerabilities to [email protected]; we welcome good-faith reports.
  2. 5.2
No scraping, crawling or bulk extraction except through our documented APIs within their limits.
  3. 5.3
No getting around plan limits, Credits, seats, rate limits, trial rules or bot protection, including by creating multiple accounts.
  4. 5.4
No reselling or sublicensing access, sharing logins, or running a service bureau on top of Solid Vibes without an agreement with us.
  5. 5.5
No loads, scripts or models designed to exhaust the geometry service, storage or AI capacity.

6. Enforcement and reporting

  1. 6.1
What we may do. Remove or restrict content, disable share links or public listings, block AI requests, reduce limits, suspend or close accounts and workspaces, keep relevant records, and report to law enforcement where required or appropriate.
  2. 6.2
Fairness. Where it is lawful and safe, we will tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to [email protected] to ask us to reconsider.
  3. 6.3
Report a problem. Report abuse or illegal content to [email protected], with a link to the content and why you think it breaks this policy.
