A five-minute introduction, the Concept, Build, Make journey, and your first Thing in ten minutes. Learn how to talk to the agent and read what it does.
Solid Vibes lets you describe a physical object, watch it take shape as real parametric CAD, and make it. Here is the whole idea in five minutes.
Every project moves through three steps: dream it as images, build it as real parametric 3D, then check and make it. Here is what happens in each and how they connect.
Build, adjust and export a phone stand from scratch. You will use the agent, Parameters, the word 'this', and the printability check.
Four ways to tell the agent what you want, when to use each, and how they combine. The prompt bar is always at the bottom center.
How to read what the agent did, what Accept, Tweak and Reject really do, and when to open the trace panel.
Smart and Fast are two modes in the prompt bar, and effort is a separate dial. Learn which to use when, and what each costs.
The command palette finds any command, page or help article from the keyboard. Plus the shortcuts worth learning on day one.
Orbit, pan and zoom with a mouse or a Mac trackpad, switch between the two modes, and read the view cube and its X, Y and Z axes.
Ask the agent anything about your design — how tall it is, what it weighs, whether it fits or prints — and get a plain answer from the real model. Nothing changes unless you ask.
Get more room for your model: go full screen with one click, or install Solid Vibes so it opens in its own window without the browser's address bar and tabs.
The Recipe and Parameters panels fold into small pills in the corners of the 3D view, with badges for what's inside. Hover to peek, pin to keep them open, drag to resize, and move any floating card out of the way.
Every message, every full answer, every preview and what happened to it — in the Chat panel on the right. It opens by itself the first time the agent replies, stays next to Parameters, and comes back when you reopen the Thing.
What is in the menu under your picture at the top right: your workspaces, Help & support, installing Solid Vibes as an app, and your version number for a bug report.
What the bar above your model shows: the name, Concept / Build / Make, History, whether your work is saved, Save version (⌘S), and Share with Export in its menu.
